Welcome to Adventure Outset. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Adventure Outset Notion Template (“Template”), created and operated by Adventure Outset (“we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing, duplicating, or using this Template, you agree to these Terms.

1. License and Permitted Use

Adventure Outset grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Template for personal use only within your own Notion workspace.

You may:

Duplicate the Template to your personal Notion workspace.
Invite collaborators to view or edit your copy within the same workspace for your own trip planning purposes.

You may not:

Share, resell, or distribute this Template or any portion of its content (including formulas, layouts, or databases) to others outside your workspace.
Upload or make the Template publicly available to be copied on the internet. (May be published for sharing purposes, but “Duplicate as Template” must be toggled off)
Copy or reuse parts of the Template to create derivative templates for resale or redistribution.

2. Attribution and Copyright

This Template remains the intellectual property of Adventure Outset.

Users must retain the included copyright and attribution within the Template.

Removal of attribution or rebranding the Template as your own without written consent is prohibited.

3. Payments and Access

The Template is available as a one-time purchase through the Notion Marketplace.

All payments are handled by Notion or their authorized payment processor. Adventure Outset does not store your payment details.

4. Disclaimer

The Template is provided for personal use and general informational purposes only.

While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, Adventure Outset makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, reliability, or suitability of the Template for any purpose.

This tool is intended to assist with trip planning and organization. It does not replace professional guidance, independent research, legal requirements, or safety preparation.

Users are solely responsible for verifying information, ensuring their fitness, knowledge and skills are appropriate for any activity, and complying with all safety and legal requirements for their adventures.

Adventure Outset is not liable for any errors, data loss, injuries, accidents, or other damages arising from the use or misuse of this Template.

5. Updates

We may occasionally update or improve the Template. Updates will be communicated via the Notion Marketplace where applicable. Access to new versions may require repurchase depending on licensing terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
